Online Dairy (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a dairy management application that helps admins manage customer milk entries, track milk quantity, and maintain daily records. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Online Dairy mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Mobile Number

We collect your mobile number for:

Login and identity verification
OTP-based authentication

We do not collect passwords.

1.2 User Information

Depending on the user type in the app:

Admin – manages customers and milk data
Customer – provides milk to admin and views own records (if app allows)

1.3 Milk Collection & Records

We collect and store:

Daily milk quantity
Milk rate
Date & time of collection
Customer transaction history

This data is required for dairy management and fair record-keeping.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Verify your identity (via SMS OTP)
Manage and track daily milk collection
Create customer milk records
Generate monthly/weekly reports for the Admin
Improve app features and performance

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your data only in these cases:

3.1 Within the App System

Admin can view customer data
Customers can view only their own milk history (if enabled)
No other outside person is given access

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may share information only if required by law enforcement, government orders, or court orders.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard methods to protect your information, including secure servers, encrypted communication, and restricted data access. However, no digital method is 100% secure. We are committed to continually improving our security.

5. Data Retention

We store your data as long as your account is active or it is necessary for dairy management purposes. You can request account deletion anytime.

6. Children’s Privacy

Online Dairy is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for OTP verification (mobile number login). We also use Google AdMob / Google Ads to display advertisements inside the application. Ad providers may collect certain device and usage information (for example, Advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. We do not use social logins.

8. Advertising & Google Play disclosure

To comply with Google Play requirements and to be transparent with users, we disclose the following about advertising in the app:

We use Google AdMob / Google Ads to display in-app advertisements.
Ad networks may collect non-personal and device information (such as Advertising ID, device model, OS version, and app usage data) to provide, personalize, and measure ads.
Advertisers and ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We do not share your name or contact details with advertisers; only identifiers required for ad delivery may be shared.
You can opt out of ad personalization by changing your device settings for Ads Personalization or by resetting the Advertising ID on your device.
